A message dated June 16 was received on June 18, 1998, stating the             
Governor has signed the following bill and is transmitting the                 
engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for          
permanent filing:                                                              
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 170(FIN)                                  
"An Act relating to interference with the rights of physically and            
mentally challenged persons; and relating to service animals during
